Dr. Joan Romboli DNP/APRN
Dr. Joan Romboli DNP/APRN, is the proud owner of Landmark Family Healthcare. Joan has been a registered nurse since 1982 and a family nurse practitioner since 1996. Joan returned to school and completed her doctorate degree in December of 2010. Her passion is learning, family, (especially her grandchildren), friends and her Chihuahuas. Joan takes her work very seriously and feels it is an honor that so many families have entrusted her with their healthcare needs. She strives to be non-judgmental and “allows people to be who they are”. One of her philosophies is to meet people where they are in life and work from that point. She also believes in active listening as “We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak”. How much can we learn when we are talking? A lesson exceedingly early on in graduate school was that if you listen to your patients, they will give you the answer. It is the providers job to process their story and that cannot be done talking. Joan’s’ style is warm, engaging, and informative. She also subscribes to “Patients care that we know, but they want to know that we care”. And that she does!
Joanne Romboli-Hill APRN
Joanne Romboli-Hill, MSN, APRN is a full-time family nurse practitioner at Landmark Family Healthcare. Joanne attended the University of New Hampshire, Durham from 1995-1999 where she received a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies. A life altering car accident in which Joanne and her younger sister, Jennifer, were seriously injured led Joanne into the medical field. Joanne received her Associates Degree in 2003 and began working as an orthopedic/medical-surgical nurse on the King Unit at the Elliot Hospital. Although Joanne highly enjoyed her time spent at the hospital, she knew that her passion was to go back to nursing in a family practice setting. Joanne received her master’s degree from Rivier College in May of 2009 and has been working as a family nurse practitioner since that time. Joanne enjoys her time at Landmark largely in part because she works with her family and close friends. She is passionate about educating patients as she continues her own education in the health field. One of Joanne’s favorite parts about family practice is being able to care for many generations of family members that she has had the privilege to work with over the past 20+ years. Joanne is a well sought-after provider. She has a wonderful caring nature, and her patients appreciate her intelligence and ability to see them as a person and not a particular illness.
Jennifer Romboli-Delmastro (office manager)
Jennifer is Landmarks Office Manager. Jennifer has been working in healthcare since she was 16 years old. She continued her growth in the healthcare field as an assistant in a Podiatrist office then as a medical receptionist position at Dr. Winings practice in 2000. In 2002, she was offered the position with Landmark Family Healthcare as the office manager and sole employee of Landmark, (other than Joan). Jennifer has seen all the growth that has occurred and has been an integral part of that growth. Her duties are ever changing but she has the foresight to see what is needed and gets it done. Jennifer is highly regarded excelling in her billing and coding skills which on monthly reviews scores 100% month after month, year after year. Jennifer is willing to work with patients on all their billing questions and concerns. She advocates for the client by having three -way conversations with a patient and their insurance company, to speak on their behalf. Jennifer got married in 2009 to Donato, bought her home in Londonderry and had her son Kingston in 2010. When Jennifer is not working, she is at the hockey rink watching her son do what he loves, playing hockey. She also enjoys being with friends and family and her dog Jasmine. Our team would not be the same without Jennifer at the helm.
Kerry Wallace RN
Kerry Wallace, Registered Nurse, has been working at Landmark Family Healthcare since 2005. She started off as a receptionist and worked her way to an office trained medical assistant. She then decided to fulfill her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse and attended Rivier College in Nashua for 2 years before transferring to NHTI in Concord. Kerry got her Associates Degree in Nursing in 2010. She then decided that she wanted more out of her career and got and her bachelor’s degree in 2020. She has worked as Landmarks Registered Nurse since June 2010. She plans on returning to school to obtain her master’s in nursing. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Shayne, their two children Brycen and Brayleigh, and dog Tuuka. Kerry enjoys watching her son play hockey and lacrosse and her daughter play soccer. They keep her busy but when she has free time she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, enjoying the outdoors and all the seasons New England has to offer! Kerry is the one who makes sure all the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. When we are having a tough day, Kerry’s unique laugh changes all our moods.
Jessica Kelly /Medical Secretary
Jessica Kelly, Medical Secretary, has been a proud member of Landmark for the past 11 years. Her day is filled with clerical, administrative and organizational tasks that include making appointments, typing documents, referrals, chart upkeep, answering the phone and assisting with billing. Although all these tasks are important, Jessica loves being able to help patients feel welcomed and confident in their journey at Landmark. Separate from work, Jessica can be found spending quality time with her wonderful Son, Braydon, family, and her adorable yorkie, Dexter! She also enjoys crafts, decorating and reading in her free time. Once you have met Jessica, it is unlikely you will forget her beautifully warm and engaging smile (even with a mask on). She has a very calm, caring approach that is welcomed by all that meet her.
Susan Carney MA
Susan is a full-time medical assistant at Landmark Family Healthcare. She graduated from an accredited medical assistant program in 1996. Luckily for us, most of her career has been with Landmark Family Healthcare. Susan’s passion is being a patient care advocate and sees each client as an individual. She listens but more importantly she hears what patients are saying. She will go that extra mile to get things done and to do it right and in a timely fashion. Susan has a good sense of humor along with her stellar work ethic, of which we sometimes have fun with. When not working, Susan and her husband Michael enjoy travelling especially in search of the sun. They share two grown daughters and four beautiful grandchildren that keep them young.
Michelle Powers
Michelle is Landmarks own phlebotomist. She works for Labcorp but is housed with us. Michelle has been a phlebotomist for over 9 years. Prior to this line of work she was a certified nursing assistant in home health care. She has also been a hairstylist for the past 33 years. Michelle has a passion for working with people and helping them feel and look they best they can. Michelle decided to pursue a career in healthcare after having 2 children of whom she adores, Tatum and Jackson. Michelle also enjoys the gym, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with family and friends. Michelle is a beautiful fit at Landmark and is enjoying her experience here as much as we are enjoying her.
Shelby Wallace CNA / MA
Whether you are a current patient with Landmark Family Healthcare or seeking a new practice, Shelby Wallace is one of the first and last faces you will encounter, and she is not one to forget! She is an in-house trained medical assistant who is welcoming and bubbly every day. She previously worked as a certified nursing assistant with the elderly. She is a hard worker and is versatile in the office, making her a very appreciated member of the Landmark Family Healthcare team. If you have any IT issues, she is your gal. In her free time, she enjoys activities like crocheting, and gardening as well as working in a doggie daycare. She also loves spending time with her family, including her dog, Hemi, her chinchillas, Rocky and Pua, her hamster Coraline and her many fish.
Brittany Clark
Brittany is an office assistant at Landmark Family Healthcare, along with being an honors philosophy major at the University of New Hampshire. After attaining her bachelor’s degree, Brittany hopes to go back to school for her master’s degree, with a goal of working in public policy. Outside of college and work, Brittany enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her friends and family. Brittany is an absolute delight to work with. Her calm presence is appreciated by staff and clients.
Kali Romboli
Kali is being trained in house as a medical assistant. She is originally from Kansas City, Missouri and moved to New Hampshire in 2017. She worked previously at FedEx and was considered a great and reliable employee. Her goal is to be a veterinarian for which she is currently attending college for. She decided Landmark would be a great introduction into medicine and feels right at home here and has proven to be a “quick study” as well as a valued team member at Landmark. When not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her amazing husband Steven, her stepdaughter Maelyn, and her two fur babies, Boss and Wendy. Their home is right off Northwood Lake. In the summer they enjoy the lake and all it has to offer as well as entertaining guests.
Nicole C APRN
Nicole always knew she wanted to be in the medical field since she was young and with over 13 years of nursing experience, she found her home as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Nicole grew up in the small town of Peterborough, NH. She did not journey too far to The University of Vermont to complete her bachelor’s degree in nursing. As an RN she practiced in many settings including orthopedics, postpartum, medical surgical, cardiac, and most recently in the ICU. She always knew she wanted to be a Nurse Practitioner and attended Rivier University from 2013-2017 receiving her master’s degree.
In her free time Nicole spends time adventuring with her Husband, baby girl and 2 French Bulldogs! The beach is one of their favorite places!
Nicole genuinely enjoys caring for all age groups and values the patient- provider relationship. Having practiced in both the urgent care setting and family practice setting, she found that she truly values developing the long-term patient- provider relationship and caring for patients throughout their life. She enjoys caring for all aspect of her patients’ health including both mental, and physical health. Nicole’s’ quiet, calming, non- judgmental attitude is refreshing to all that encounter her. Landmark staff and patients, SCORED.

Amy Cullen APRN
Amy is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from University of New England in 2007 with a double major for nursing and interdisciplinary health studies. Her goal has always been to become a nurse practitioner but also wanted to work as a nurse prior. She worked as a registered nurse in geriatric psychiatry unit in the hospital and then the neonatal intensive care unit. While working as an RN she then went back to school in 2010 for her masters
Amy graduated in 2013 with her masters and then started working as a nurse practitioner. Prior to coming to Landmark she worked in occupational health and acute care and in internal medicine. Amy’s goal is to work with patients and their family and collaborate to come up with a treatment plan. She feels it is important for patients to be an active participant in their health care decisions.
Outside of work Amy is a mom of 3 young children. She loves to be active and spending time with her family. Her family spends most of their time on the water and beaches in the summer and hockey/skating and skiing in the winter. Amy is known in our office for spreading positive energy/attitude to all that she encounters. She is approachable, smart, and caring and just does not take things too seriously, unless necessary.
